Booking Terms & Conditions

Seat Allocation
All seats must be pre-booked and are sold on a first come-first served basis. Seat numbers are allocated on all excursions but we reserve the right to make alterations should circumstances dictate. Special requests should be made at the time of booking.

Day Excursion Payment
All monies are to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to departure otherwise seats may be re-allocated. Special payment arrangements can be made in the event of a late booking.

Day Excursion Cancellation
In the unlikely event we have to cancel an excursion a full refund will be made. If you cancel an excursion a full refund will be made if the seat can be re-sold. No refunds will be made for seats cancelled on the day.

Holiday Payment
Deposits are required on holidays to secure a booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before departure.

Holiday Cancellation
Deposits on holidays will be refunded at the discretion of the company. If you have to cancel a holiday, the following charges may apply:

  • 25% of total holiday cost if cancelled 29-42 days prior to departure
  • 50% of total holiday cost if cancelled 15-28 days prior to departure
  • 75% of total holiday cost if cancelled 8-14 days prior to departure
  • 100% of total holiday cost if cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure

A claim should be submitted to your insurance company if cancellation is due to an insurable reason.

Payment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. Cheques payable to A.C. Williams Ltd.

Insurance
We strongly advise that you have adequate travel insurance for your holiday. This can be purchased through A.C. Williams or another reputable source. The company will not accept liability for any damage to, or loss of property left unattended in the coach.

Passports & Visas
Passports are essential for all excursions to EC countries and it is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are in order.

Alterations
We will make every effort to carry out the itinerary as advertised but reserve the right to alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice. The company will not be liable for loss or inconvenience caused by any delay.

General Information

  • It is a legal requirement for passengers to wear seat belts
  • Smoking is not permitted on our coaches at any time
  • Fares shown do not include meals, entrance fees etc unless otherwise stated
  • Child fares, where applicable, refer to children aged 3-15 years inclusive
  • Lost property will be held at the office for 3 months
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for passengers arriving late at departure points
  • In consideration of other passengers, mobile phones should be limited to essential calls only
